Add command to open test results in the results view

Some context for the feature request.

When developing queries and their tests it is already possible to show a diff of the expected and actual result in the Test Explorer UI. However, in early stages when there is no concrete expected file I commonly eyeball the actual results to determine if the query reports the expected alerts. It would be super useful if this can be done via the results view by clicking on the locations in the alerts.
