What is the role of -target？
The file armv8.1m.main_hard_fp.cfg does not exist in the compiler, but when I compile with -target armv8.1m.main_hard_fp.cfg, there is no error. Using --config armv8.1m.main_hard_fp.cfg will result in an error。

--target is used to specify a target triple. armv8.1m.main_hard_fp.cfg is not a valid triple, but the Arm target triple parsing is very permissive in certain respects. Probably more permissive than it should be.
