Currently there is no way to set this option on the event source mapping.

I think adding support for the tumbling window option would be a one line of code added to the module's
main.tffile and to theaws_lambda_event_source_mappingresource:Additional context
The tumbling window option is only available for Kinesis and DynamoDb event source mappings. Also, when using a tumbling window the parallelization factor must be equal to 1.
