Is your request related to a new offering from AWS?

No, the tumbling window feature has been available since late 2020.

Is this functionality available in the [AWS provider for Terraform]

Is your request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently there is no way to set this option on the event source mapping.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I think adding support for the tumbling window option would be a one line of code added to the module's main.tf file and to the aws_lambda_event_source_mapping resource:

Additional context

The tumbling window option is only available for Kinesis and DynamoDb event source mappings. Also, when using a tumbling window the parallelization factor must be equal to 1.
