hi, betterdisplay devs:

After purchasing a pro license, I've been able to turn HiDPI on for my 1920x1080 Haier monitor, but could not do it for Dell's 1920x1200 ultrasharp monitor (u2415). Customizing the resolution to 960x600 does not worker either.

Please help.

MacOS: Sequoia 15.3.2
Monitor: Dell U2425 1900x1200
BetterDisplay: 3.4.1

I've been able to turn on HiDPi at 1280x800

Not sure why, it should work. Did you enable flexible scaling for it? 960x600 might not show as by default sub-720p resolutions are not shown (+ macOS does not like them), so that is normal.
