How to change the history (ctrl-h) shortcut?

Is there a way to edit the history shortcut? It is grayed out and I cant add a new one.

No, greyed out shortcuts are not intended to be modified.

It's not something that was intentionally blocked or made impossible. (At the time I was working on key assignments, there were so many keys to handle that I unintentionally left this shortcut as is.) I'll take care of this part.
