Images not loading in lab python notebooks

The images neither open in lab notebooks nor in the locations they are saved in the repo.

I am running locally in vscode. Having internet connection turned on solves the problem. Try double clicking that block to enter into edit mode then ctrl+enter, with internet connection on.
