Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Unlike the previous releases the 7.13.0 does not include a real changelog (see https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator/releases/tag/v7.13.0) but links to a list of merged pull requests.
From a user perspective this is less than ideal and provides less general information. This format does not communicate breaking changes at all.

Describe the solution you'd like

Bring back the changelog. Perhaps use some automation to generate it based on commits?

Describe alternatives you've considered

Also as an addition, when I try to load all issues on the milestone page, it fails.
