环境描述：paddlepaddle-gpu 3.0.0rc1 ；paddlenlp 3.0.0b4 ；执行 ：qa = Taskflow("document_intelligence") ;Taskflow("question_answering") ;第一次运行时都下载了对应的 inference.pdiparams 、inference.pdiparams.info、inference.pdmodel。但是，均报错：RuntimeError: (NotFound) Cannot open file C:\Users\xxxt_2518.paddlenlp\taskflow\document_intelligence\docprompt\static\inference.json, please confirm whether the file is normal.
