Watch failed

A watch configured to watch the following paths failed to start. It's likely that a file referenced does not exist: It also says it cannot read property substring of undefined in the chrome console.

I have the same problem.

What more do you need Aaron? Is this enough:

1. Fresh git clone of this repo
2. npm install
3. ionic serve
4. Boom! The error Josh gave screenshot of.

ionic cli v2.2.1
node v7.5.0
npm v4.0.3

Appears to have something to do with the manifest but I've removed that and still have the same issue.
