A few questions

I need to switch my apc40mk2 to another mode using raw midi messages. e.g. Live Ableton Mode (mode 1) F0 47 7F 29 60 00 04 41 08 02 01 F7
Can a midimonster send such a message to my controller?
Do the same with knobs on the my controller. e.g. first knob switch value mode B0 38 02

Or can i make midimonster work with bome midi translator?
Сan i send a specific value velosity?
