Option to enable/disable the plugin in settings#33

To turn off this plugin, each & every I have to remove it from my app.yml and rebuild.
Please add a plugin setting to enable/disable the whole plugin.

Thanks @GokulNC! Yeah, any improvements to the development experience would be super welcome. This isn't something I know about or will be working on myself, but if you put something together and wrote it out I could take a look, or other interested folks might be able to help as well.
