AviSynth 3 Script files (.AVS) not supported (ffmpeg library not included)

Expected behaviour

AVS3 files (AviSynth Script) can be parsed (codec_id=192).

Actual behaviour

[ERROR:0@0.004] global cap_ffmpeg_impl.hpp:1268 open Could not find decoder for codec_id=192
[ERROR:0@0.004] global cap_ffmpeg_impl.hpp:1317 open VIDEOIO/FFMPEG: Failed to initialize VideoCapture

Probably libuavs3d is missing in the included ffmpeg binaries.
Would be great if you could please include it or if anyone could tell me how to do it manually.

Steps to reproduce

v_file = cv2.VideoCapture(file_path, cv2.CAP_FFMPEG)
v_hgt = v_file.get(cv2.CAP_PROP_FRAME_HEIGHT)
v_wdt = v_file.get(cv2.CAP_PROP_FRAME_WIDTH)

• opencv-python-4.10.0.84 on Windows 10 (x64)
