Parse server CLI to report its version number

Current Limitation

Hard to know which version of parse server is installed from CLI

Feature / Enhancement Description

Add CLI option --version to report current version of parse-server

Example Use Case

Helpful in reporting new issues, checking versions when diagnosing problems

Alternatives / Workarounds

Can use eg. npm list -g if installed from npm

3rd Party References

Many other CLI tools provide a way of getting the current version of the tool.
eg. npm, node, mongosh
