The function sends a message to the main topic, even if the message (bot command) is written in another topic
Current behaviour
The bot replies to the main topic of the group
How to reproduce
Create a bot, add bot to group chat with topics, trigger bot by command and non-main topic
Expected behaviour
The bot responds to the topic where the command was written
