Hi @ALL,
I wonder wether it would be a good idea to implement LDAP support as a storage strategy.
Actually I am curious into implementing such code myself, as I need it myself... ;-)

If it uses the iCalendar, VCard formats it should be doable, otherwise very hard.
I have nothing against it though I'd prefer any upcoming dependencies to be optional.

@poikilotherm It turns out DavMail supports LDAP in some way, perhaps it can be used for your purposes?
