Audio device not connecting using ESP-IDF v5.3

Problem Description

I am using esp-idf to flash my code on ESP32 CHIP and am using esp32-arduino as one of the components with esp32-a2dp and arduin-audio-tools. The audo device connects well when flash via Arduino IDE but now it just flasehs the message below when i use EPS-iDF v5.3. No error is flashed on the monitor.

Other Steps to Reproduce

It works with Arduino IDE but not with ESP-IDF v5.3 .

I don't think that this is an issue to be handled by this project;

• Did you restart the A2DP speaker: maybe it was already in a connected state from your last test or it was shut down
• Check the open Issues on the Espressif IDF for 5.3
• Try with the actual IDF version (5.4.1)
• Try to remove the Arduino dependency

I seem to have mode some progress towards this issue, basically i am deactivating and reactivating bluedroid in a way that avrc is initialised first, but now i just want to know what this particular function call configures

I have the impression that the issue might be with Espressif.
I found the following so far: my simple test is working by I am getting error messages that init_nvs(); needs to be called.
I changed my implementation, to call init_nvs(), but then it is not connecting any more.

If I add a nvs_flash_erase(); in the sketch the connection is working again.

I removed the nvs_flash_erase(); again from the sketch and is still working...
So this might help to resolve your issue as well!

I guess the Bluetooth information stored in the NVS is not compatible across version.

Is it possible for you to maybe send a code snippet of what you did, i tried adding the statements you provided but they dont seem to work as such.
