Makes life easier especially in combination of venv, nodeenv and ganache.

I recently added an article to the discussion group about using node npm in conjunction with python venv. This change simplifies the setup because yarn is no longer needed.

@cromewar Can you please help me to resolve this conflict? I am unfamiliar with the whole concept of merging branches. I believe this conflict stems from the fact, that one pull request was accepted and merged and this one was right next to it. What am I supposed to do here?

@n4n0b1t3 if you have forked the repo you should do a pull from the repo, in order to have the latest version, just then try to create a new pull request when your repo is updated to the original one.
As Patrick is the one who accepts the PL here I'll close this one just for simplicity, try to follow the instructions above and try again.
