Inaccuracies in iar_arm_toolchain.rst #91054

Summary

doc/develop/toolchains/iar_arm_toolchain.rst has a few inaccuracies. Firstly it fails to mention BXARM: "EWARM/CXARM" should be changed to "EWARM/BXARM/CXARM".

Secondly, a "development version of the IAR build tools for Arm" is no longer required. It does however require version 9.70 of the build tools. This release will be publicly available from 10 June.

Thirdly, I don't know what a "license bearer token" is. I guess it's only used with CXARM. In any case it's not need when building with EWARM, and probably also not needed with BXARM.

Describe the solution you'd like

I propose that the text is updated according to my suggestions.
