With a simple profile that does "HDR No" on app start and "HDR Yes" on app close, everything works as expected with, for example, Elden Ring on Steam. However, with Mass Effect Andromeda on Steam, HDR will turn off as expected when the game starts and then back on when the game closes but then it will inexplicably turn off again a few seconds later.
Might have something to do with the games requiring use of the EA App even when purchased through Steam like this (Steam actually launches the EA App in the background before launching the game.) I realize looking into this is probably a long shot, but on the off chance you happen to have the game on Steam maybe you could check it out?
I've discovered that this is a non-issue. Sorry about that. Turns out, Mass Effect Andromeda when in exclusive fullscreen mode will actually forcefully toggle windows HDR on or off both when you launch and exit the game to try and match if you want to use in-game HDR or not and this butts heads with AutoActions.

Log seems to show that the actions are firing off correctly. So, not much help. https://pastebin.com/fzN8udPe
