Board manager doesn't report errors regarding what is wrong on a given package json file provided in preferences.

Indeed, https://github.com/arduino/Arduino/wiki/Arduino-IDE-1.6.x-package_index.json-format-specification brings lot of useful information but it would help greatly to obtain some errors/warnings regarding what broke the import.

It's really important to get more information. Currently, if a CRC error is reported but not what file has the CRC problem. It just throws a Java error.
