Some useful refactoring before we fork this repo for Python:

We should extract out all the JAVASCRIPT and JAVASCRIPTINLINE etc, strings in the /sicp/javscript scripts into an external JS file. This will allow us to swap parsing of language tags at ease.

I am working on this.

Nevermind, I have since decided the cost of refactoring is not worth it, I will just fork and edit there.
