This patch introduces the support of the Noise Nugget 2040, an all in one dev board for making audio gadgets.

The USB PID has been allocated by the Raspberry Pi foundation: https://github.com/raspberrypi/usb-pid

This has been tested on the Noise Nugget breakout and dev-kit, as well as the PGB-1 (a pocket synth based on Noise Nugget).

Sorry for the delay in reviewing this. We are short-handed at the moment.

You might consider putting the .py files in their own repo and adding that repo as a submodule. That would make maintenance easier, giving the library a central place to live where you could version it, etc. I will not merge until I hear back from you about this, but otherwise it looks fine.
