Diff Broken when there are no Changes

If there are no changes for example

https://backstage.github.io/upgrade-helper/?from=1.0.0&to=1.0.1

When you go to the page it does not look like it has loaded. Pressing the button also does nothing.

It seems to also have an issue if you then select the version with a diff

1. Go to https://backstage.github.io/upgrade-helper/?from=1.0.0&to=1.1.0-next.1
2. Change the upgrade to drop down to 1.0.1

The diff from the previous comparison is shown.

I think it should show a message that no changes are needed.
