Some Mistakes

I installed docker and bbernhard/signal-cli-rest-api. Through it I can send myself a message. But I can't send message via caronc/apprise:latest. Maybe the syntax is outdated or I'm doing something wrong.
From examples:
apprise -vv -t "Test Message Title" -b "Test Message Body"
"signal://localhost:8080/123456789012"
WARNING - Failed to send 1 Signal API notification to +123456789..: Page not found., error=404.

apprise -vv -t "Test Message Title" -b "Test Message Body" "signal:http://localhost:8080/+123456789"
ERROR - Unparseable URL http://localhost:8080/%...4

Do you have a Signal API service running at localhost:8080? Based on what you shared, you don't.
