Unable to update, server misbehaving

Describe the bug

Did a fresh reinstall of the system, never seen that error before. Appears everytime a new update is available.
I did not found any similar issue, hope there is not.

Hi, I have the same issue, i changed the config to see if it's because of the rate limitation of docker hub, I'll see tomorrow morning if after my limit resets everyhing came back to normal

Hi, I absolutely don't know why, but it works again and I don't have anymore warnings.
I just rebooted machine (but I did it few time when I had this warning before, this did not changed the problem at this time).
