Check for kubernetes pod status to
runningfirst, before doingport-forward.This is to prevent kubernetes-goat unaccessible, when someone runs the scripts:
setup-kubernetes-goat.shaccess-kubernetes-goat.shsequentially without waiting for the pod status to running first.
