Align reactive auto-configuration names #46156
Description
Some of our reactive auto-configuration names are inconsistent. We should fix them in 4.0.x.
Specifically, we have a few that are ReactiveTechnologySomething where the "technology" isn't necessarily reactive but the "something" is. We should name them TechnologyReactiveSomething.
