AdaptiveCard version sent to the webhook is too high for MS Teams Workflows

he MS Teams Webhooks through their Workflows reject anything over adaptive card 1.4. If the version sent over is changed from 1.5 to 1.4, it works fine. I've created a PR for this: #106
