NVIDIA GPU-Optimized Image for AI and HPC is a partner image provided by Nvidia. GitHub doesn't control pre-installed software on this image.
It is exact list of pre-installed software: https://docs.nvidia.com/ngc/ngc-deploy-public-cloud/ngc-azure/index.html#azure-vmi-relnote. I think you can create request on NVIDIA forum if you need to pre-install some additional software.
