Add pool and vmImage properties for ubuntu-latest to all of our job definitions and still failing for Windows -2019

Description

What a boned headed deal all of this is. We added pool: and vmImage: properties to each of our job: definitions in our only yml and we still can't deploy and get the Windows-2019 brown our error. What a bum deal Azure devops is.

would be nice if we could get a build

Windows-2019 some where some how is being called.... 1 yml file, no references, only vmImage reference is ubuntu-latest

Thanks Vidya, Actually after some research we found another place in the Azure Dev Ops UI (Release Pipeline Edit) where some deployment steps were setup to use an Agent running a Windows 2019 Image. We changed this configuration and all seems good.
