Submitting ticket on behalf of Froghub. Error while completing KYC verification in Zyphe.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Ensure your IP matches your location: using VPN will likely cause issues
- Make sure the IP matches the country of issuance if your document, sometimes using eg German passport while in the US may confuse Zyphe
- Try using another browser, make sure you’re not blocking cookies or in a private mode.
