Any ideas how to stream text to speech?

Does anyone have any idea how to stream text to speech?

For some context, here's what I have so far:

       res, err := openaiClient.CreateSpeech(ctx, openai.CreateSpeechRequest{
		Model: "tts-1",
		Input: transcript.Text,
		Voice: "alloy",
		ResponseFormat: "pcm",
	});

OpenAI shows this is possible in the docs using their own Python library, but I'm not sure if it is possible here. Any ideas how I would go about it?
