Assure that the site clearly states (1) we're looking for projects and (2) how we'd like to recieve them

Pretty much as it says: people should know that we're accepting new ideas, and that we'd like them to start by emailing people@codeforfoco.org or joining our Slack and starting a conversation about the idea in #general.
