Wanted to suggest the same with explicit "please not use transiflex but plain PRs" - which is exactly what the linked PR does. I'm looking forward to this (and do wonder if it would be possible to at least partially get the data from https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/trunk/subversion/po [I think it may be good to mention this under "add a new language" as a hint what wordings a translation should use, at least if in question]).

@JohnstonCode Is there something missing for you to pull this in?

@hqzh Is this really completed? If yes, how? If not then please reopen, there's even a PR "in progress" open for this.
