[Schema Inaccuracy] Error codes are function; cannot be internationalized

Schema Inaccuracy

Error codes are a holdover from Swagger and should not be included in state document.

They cannot be internationalized and are provided by 'function'; they are not static.

Expected

Function provides these codes and if ANYTHING, you can provide CHECKS based upon expected codes but not the actual codes and responses because that would imply that the document is now responsible for internationalization.
