[Schema Inaccuracy] No new projects with API

Getting the list of an organization's projects only returns the old version project and not the new version
or from the issues obtain card information and custom fields on new projects, or even old project, as can be obtained from the http version

Expected

at least get reading on new projects, maps, custom fields for sync with internal tools

Reproduction Steps

There is only one project out of the two
without id_project of the second, I cannot retrieve the card_id
and in the output no information related to the card_id or the metadata on this project

I believe the new projects APIs are a totally different set of endpoints. So it would be expected that you would not see new projects in the legacy endpoints. Unless I am mis-understanding your question.
