New content: calls to actions page or section

Discussed at the Annual meeting of DSF members at DjangoCon Europe 2025. We’d like to have a new section or page of the site dedicated to ongoing calls to action. This could be an evergreen page you can always go to / share with people that are looking for ways to support Django.

Opportunities that are time-based:

• Board elections
• Steering Council elections
• DjangoCon Europe proposals
• Malcolm Prize

And evergreen ones:

• Donate
• Translate
• Code review
• etc.
