Automatically Link Team to IdP Group after Team Creation for EMU Enterprise

API endpoint is here Not sure if this endpoint will work with EMU instances.

New Feature

Please describe the desired new functionality:

When a team is provisioned by safe-settings, additional parameters can be provided that will link that team to an IdP group. This particular case is for EMU's, so this would be for Azure AD and Okta.
