Interactive rebase from a Line blame

Hello. I have a project where I was doing major refactoring. And this required me to make a lot of commits in a single MR. But there was a change I had to do, possibly to all the commits in the MR. I wanted the history to be clean. So I was wondering if there is a way how can I click on a line blame, and then pick a block (which I changed during this MR) and then do a rebase edit of it?
