[Feature Request]: Add the Dark Azure Data Studio (default dark) theme

Feature Description

Please add this theme to the extension. It has much better contrast in the query editor, query results pane, and connections list.

Problem and Motivation

The light gray text in the query editor, query results pane, and connections list are hard to read. It's quite possible the light gray text is used in more places and would also be hard to read.
