Clarify "kilobytes" for `check-added-large-files` Pre-Commit Hook

Can we clarify that https://github.com/pre-commit/pre-commit-hooks/blob/main/README.md#check-added-large-files that the "size" of --maxkb is "kilobytes" in the wording?

Yes I aware this would be assumed by --maxkb et al but was not concluded on my first reading.

I've double checked https://github.com/pre-commit/pre-commit-hooks/issues?q=is%3Aissue%20large%20files to confirm this issue has been raised in the past.

what else would kb mean? especially when it already says kB right next to it and not kiB
