Tilt setup's Prometheus is not scraping ASO metrics

What steps did you take and what happened:

Bringing up Tilt with make tilt-up and looking at Promtheus, there are no metrics from the ASO pod.

What did you expect to happen:

Metrics like go_memstats_sys_bytes are scraped from the ASO pod.
