Description
The multipleOf constraint on a property enforces that the value of the property is a multiple of the constraint.
Adding/changing a new multipleOf constraint is a breaking change and will invalidate values that were previously allowed.
Removing a multipleOf constraint would be a relaxing of the validation and is likely OK
