Captured Json Exceptions

When looking at the Debug output, I see many JsonExceptions, even when the turn execution ends successfully.

Exception thrown: 'System.Text.Json.JsonReaderException' in System.Text.Json.dll
Exception thrown: 'System.Text.Json.JsonReaderException' in System.Text.Json.dll
Exception thrown: 'System.Text.Json.JsonReaderException' in System.Text.Json.dll

These exceptions have an impact on runtime performance and should be avoided

This is coming from the lower-level JSON parser, even while handled, thanks for bugging it, been meaning to go rework that code so it does not try to parse it using the process that .net wants us to use that generates those info alerts :)
