Quick type pinyin turns to letters when input chinese by fcitx5 in ubuntu 24.04

I am also not quite sure if I understand the screen recording. I notice that what you are typing in the editor seems to be out of sync with what is shown in the IME. Is that the issue?

Yes, that's right. When I type pinyin quickly in the editor, those pinyin turn into letters. Especially when typing different pinyin letters quickly, this problem is very serious. But if the same letters are typed all the time, this problem does not occur. As shown in the video, when I keep typing d or s, the pinyin does not turn into letters, but if s and d alternate, the pinyin will turn into letters abnormally.

When I turn off ditor.experimentalEditContextEnabled, the problem still occurs.

Hi thanks for the response. Can I ask you if could do the following:

1. Could you please test with your IME on the following website: https://microsoftedge.github.io/Demos/edit-context/ on your up-to-date chrome browser and let me know if you see this issue?
2. Could you please tell me if you see this happening with the same settings you have AND the edit context enabled on the website https://insiders.vscode.dev/ on your up to date chrome navigator?

I am wondering if this is a chromium bug that may have been fixed since then. Our Electron version is a bit behind and we may not have the fix in yet.
