Description

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: No

  • VS Code Version: 1.101
  • OS Version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.19045

I want to report, that the latest update to VS Code V1.101 disables the SpellRight extension and I was not able to activate it by hand. Without spell checking, the new version of VSCode comes with a large negative impact. I opened an issues #608 on the extension issue tracker, but since the only notable change was on the VSCode side, I wanted to mention it here, too.

For now I downgraded to V1.100.3, the latest version SpellRight works fine.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Install VSCode 1.100.3 and SpellRight (the extension is working)

  1. Update VSCode to 1.101. The extension can't be found anyomore.
