There is a lot of wasted space in the margin of the copilot chat when you move it to its own window

Look at the boxes I drawn in the margins. I should be able to make the chat take up the entire window like it does in full Visual Studio 2022. I asked the copilot and it said there is no setting to fix this yet.

I think @isidorn had reported an issue about taking the full width or not.

Maybe we should allow to resize the chat on both sides, similar to how we allow that for Zen mode?

Hmm - could it just reuse our centered mode as you mention.
