VS Code abuses Linux .config directory

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run your Linux box
2. Run VS Code
3. Go to ~/.config/Code

Expected results:

ad.3) few configuration files

Actual results:

ad.3) all stuff VS Code could think of -- cache, backups, logs, blob storage, and so on.

This is not the place to store all this stuff there!
