No way to Logout from Copilot or switch account

There is absolutely no way to logout from copilot in vs code.

Account menu (bottom right) > Xxxxx (GitHub) > Sign out

Note: it's not the Xxxxx (GitHub Copilot Chat) one

Or

Account menu (bottom right) > Xxxxx (GitHub) > Manage Trusted Extensions

then click on the Gear icon next to GitHub Copilot Chat

You'll be able to switch accounts
