Stated version limit on Mac OS X download button does not match actual compatibility of downloaded application

Error message:

You can’t use this version of the application “Visual Studio Code” with this version of macOS. You have macOS 10.15.7. The application requires macOS 11.0 or later.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to https://code.visualstudio.com/download on a Mac with OS X 10.15.7
2. Click on the 'Mac macOS 10.15+' button to download (see screenshot below)
3. Try to launch the app
